Shoutout to Sun Valley Rent A Car! They were so easy and a great company! Online booking super simple and thorough. Everything was taken care of online and ahead of time. Communication was fantastic for the entire process. We were greeted by an agent at the airport who escorted us across the street to pick up our car in the garage. He went over everything and did our paperwork right there. Our departure flight left before they opened and we were able to return the car in the departure garage and simply sent a picture with the parking spot number and off we went to check-in at the airport. They even provided us with a cooler which was a great help and nice touch.

Sun Valley was fantastic! The brought us the actual car we rented, unlike most rental car companies, and it was really convenient to have the car brought to our hotel and picked up again at the end. They were very kind and reasonable throughout. Alex Q. was friendly and knowledgeable. I would rent from Sun Valley again if we are lucky enough to be back in Costa Rica, and would recommend them to anyone visiting. Much better than a typical car rental company!

We rented a Jimny through Sun Valley for our first trip to Costa Rica this past December. We were so pleased with their services from start to finish. They were upfront, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. After doing a lot of research and reading about car rental nightmares, we were truly grateful for the guys at Sun Valley, that made the whole process a breeze. They had great communication and customer service. We loved the whole trip from start to finish and we're currently booking our second rental with them when we return with our kids in March. Our car rental experience was exceptional! It was actually the best experience we have had and much better than rental companies from Europe. Special thanks to Alex, who was welcoming and helpful (even in our personal tasks). All the process was very clear and we never had any problem with the car despite the challenging road conditions. The transaction went very smooth and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend this car rental company, they have a good choice of car types like SUV's and 4x4's.

Highly recommend Sun Valley Rent A Car! We rented their new Suzuki Jimny for 8 days in November. From the beginning they were super responsive to my questions, they made the reservation process easy, we were met right at the airport and were off on our way in no time. We loved the vehicle and had no problems at all. It had 4x4 but we really didn’t need it, I think we tried it one time. The return was equally as easy, right at the airport. Zero negatives and only great things to say about Sun Valley. I work in tourism as well so am really particular. Thank you Sun Valley!! We will definitely recommmend you!
